May 2006 ~ AES Warrior Run, (part of
AES's North America business group) commemorates its achievement of
reaching "1 million hours worked without a lost time accident" with
specially designed Milestone Cubes. AES is one of the
world's largest global power companies.
AES chose to commission
Cubes because "we feel the Cubes are a very appropriate way
to commemorate our million-hours milestone. We chose the cube
because I was familiar with the quality of your work, and we liked the
uniqueness of the piece."
"We were able to include the plant's
collective milestone information on our cube, and each cube could be
personalized for the individual who helped to achieve that
milestone. Adding the Corporate-wide values capped it."
