September  2003, Cumberland, Maryland --- One truly innovative Century 21® real estate agent, Faye Hutt of Potomac West, was been the first to commission a series of unique property closing gifts for each of her clients.

What she had chosen were individualized solid maple Cubes, designed by the engraving artists of Milestone Cube Company. Milestone also supplies its elegant custom made Cubes to many Fortune 500 companies worldwide.

Each of the 5 sides of the Cube provide the recipient, in this case the property buyer, with a beautifully engraved photo of their new home along with the date of closing and personal messages from Faye herself. The top of the Cube incorporates the Century 21® logo in gold.

When asked why she chose the Cube, Faye said "I wanted something unique so my customers know how special they are to me." She added, "Since buying a home is such a "milestone" in their lives, what better than a Milestone Cube to commemorate this important event.
